Tim Collins graduated from the University of New Brunswick
with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering in 1980.
He holds a professional engineer's designation and worked
as an engineer in the petroleum industry prior to attending
Mr. Collins graduated from the University of New Brunswick
Law School in 1985. He was admitted to the New Brunswick
Bar in 1986.
He is a member of both the Association of Professional
Engineers of New Brunswick and the Law Society of
Tim has practised extensively in the fields of personal injury
and insurance , environmental and construction litigation.
He is the author of a paper on Mechanics’ Liens published in the UNB Law Journal.
